white tea (sallye)
White tea is filled with more healing antioxidants than most other foods/drinks. It is much lower in caffeine than other teas, coffee, or sodas. Adding locally produced honey will also help diminish some allergies. The bonus: it is a great hot drink to warm your body and soul.
