White tea is filled with more healing antioxidants than most other foods/drinks. It is much lower in caffeine than other teas, coffee, or sodas. Adding locally produced honey will also help diminish some allergies. The bonus is it is a great hot drink to warm your body and soul.

How to Make White Tea

Step-by-Step

  1. Place tea bags in a microwave proof mug and heat on full power for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes. DO NOT ALLOW TO BOIL.
  2. Remove from microwave and cover with paper towel or saucer. Allow to steep for 5 to 7 minutes
  3. Remove tea bags and add honey and lemon juice. Stir well until honey is completely dissolved and ingredients are blended.
  4. Enjoy
