    unfiltered apple cider
  • 1 can(s)
    frozen cranberry juice
  • 6 oz
    canned mandarin oranges
  • 1 tsp
    freshly grated nutmeg
  • 5
    cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp
    allspice, whole
  • 8
    cloves, whole
  • 1 tsp
    cardamom seeds
  • 1 bottle
    red wine (optional)

How to Make Wassail


  1. In a large stock pot or crock pot, pour apple juice.
  2. Add frozen cranberry juice right from can *DO NOT ADD WATER* Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer low until well blended and ready to serve.
