This is a great way to warm up! Sweet but not too sweet, a little heat from the vodka and some extra flavor from the vanilla. I use 1% milk and it's creamy and delicious. There aren't a lot of ingredients in this, so use good vodka. This is dessert in a glass! Adapted from Sunset Magazine

Ingredients

3/4 cup milk (fat percent of your choice)
2 tablespoons white chocolate chips
2 tablespoons vanilla vodka
1 tablespoon miniature marshmallows

How To Make vanilla vodka white hot chocolate

Step 1

Heat milk in a saucepan until VERY hot - but don't let it get to a boil.

Step 2

While milk is heating, measure white chocolate chips.
Step 3

Put marshmallows in a heatproof glass. Add vanilla vodka.
Step 4

When milk is hot, whisk in white chocolate chips. Whisk until chips are melted and milk is a little frothy.
Step 5

Pour milk over the vodka and marshmallows in the glass.
Step 6
