Thyme for tea

Stormy Stewart

Thyme tea is a wonderful winter time drink It is a a powerful antiseptic, antibacterial infection and inflammation reliever.

For a wonderful refreshing blend try Lemon-thyme! I love it straight but you can add sugar or honey if you prefer. But sip it plain first it is one of very few herbs you don't need to sweeten to get down.

If you grow thyme you can dry it and put in the press and seal tea bags, to give as gifts for those sick co-workers.
