Ingredients
- 4 large tomato
- 2 large green chiles
- 1 medium beetroot
- 1 bunch spinach
- 1 teaspoon ghee
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- - salt to taste
- - coriander for garnishing
How To Make sumptuous ‘tomato shorba’ to fill your appetite!

Step 1Boil the tomatoes, beetroot and spinach.

Step 2Grind it in a mixer and strain.

Step 3Add water and boil the mixture till it thickens slightly.

Step 4In a pan, add ghee. When the pan is hot enough, add the cumin seeds, green chilies and red chilies.

Step 5Add this seasoning to the soup.

Step 6Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and black pepper.
