ghee
1 tsp
black pepper

red chilli powder
1 tsp
cumin seeds
salt to taste
coriander for garnishing

How to Make Sumptuous ‘Tomato Shorba’ To Fill Your Appetite!

Step-by-Step

  • 1Boil the tomatoes, beetroot and spinach.
  • 2Grind it in a mixer and strain.
  • 3Add water and boil the mixture till it thickens slightly.
  • 4In a pan, add ghee. When the pan is hot enough, add the cumin seeds, green chilies and red chilies.
  • 5Add this seasoning to the soup.
  • 6Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and black pepper.
  • 7Serve hot.
