Ingredients

  • 4 large tomato
  • 2 large green chiles
  • 1 medium beetroot
  • 1 bunch spinach
  • 1 teaspoon ghee
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • - salt to taste
  • - coriander for garnishing

How To Make sumptuous ‘tomato shorba’ to fill your appetite!

  • Step 1
    Boil the tomatoes, beetroot and spinach.
  • Step 2
    Grind it in a mixer and strain.
  • Step 3
    Add water and boil the mixture till it thickens slightly.
  • Step 4
    In a pan, add ghee. When the pan is hot enough, add the cumin seeds, green chilies and red chilies.
  • Step 5
    Add this seasoning to the soup.
  • Step 6
    Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and black pepper.
  • Step 7
    Serve hot.
