It is quick and easy to make with ingredients always found in your pantry.

    1 tsp cardamom, green, ground
  • ·
    1/2 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • ·
    1/8 tsp nutmeg, ground
  • ·
    1/8 tsp mace, ground
  • ·
    1/8 tsp cloves, ground
  • ·
    1 cup water, cold
  • ·
    1/4 tsp ginger, minced
  • ·
    1 tea bag, (black tea)
  • ·
    1 tsp sugar, white or honey ( to taste)

How to Make Spiced Tea


  1. Put the spices, tea bag and water into a small pot and bring to a boil.

    Let sit for 3 - 4 minutes to let steep.

    Remove the tea bag and pour into a nice warm mug, sweeten with sugar or honey.
