How to Make spiced fruit chutney
- put the fruit into a medium bottomed pot over medium heat. add pomegranate juice, water, and salt and bring to simmer. add the tea bags and simmer for about 40 minutes, until liquid has been mostly absorbed.
- remove tea bags and throw away; stir in pecans and serve warm or at room temperature. serve about 1/2 cup per person. ummmmmmm
