How to Make Party Hot Chocolate


  1. Combine all ingredients in 41/2 to 6-quart slow cooker.
  2. Cover and cook on low heat 3-4 hours, stirring occasionally. Makes 10-15 servings.
  3. Serve with whipped cream sprinkled with mini chocolate chips or white chocolate chips.
