Ingredients

  • 2 cups water, boiling
  • 1 teaspoon aromatic tea leaves
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 teaspoons honey [optional]
  • 1 teaspoon ginger juice or ginger powder

How To Make ginger lemon tea

  • Step 1
    in the boiling water add ginger poder or ginger juice. Boil for 1 minute and take the pot off the oven or power.
  • Step 2
    Add aromatic tea leaves and let the aroma set in for 5 - 7 minutes
  • Step 3
    Take lemon juice [1 tst per cup] in cup(s) and pour in tea. You might add honey if you like it little sweeter. Your healthy lemon ginger tea is ready.
