  • 2 c
    water, boiling
  • 1 tsp
    aromatic tea leaves
  • 2 tsp
    lemon juice, fresh
  • 2 tsp
    honey [optional]
  • 1 tsp
    ginger juice or ginger powder

How to Make Ginger Lemon Tea


  1. in the boiling water add ginger poder or ginger juice. Boil for 1 minute and take the pot off the oven or power.
  2. Add aromatic tea leaves and let the aroma set in for 5 - 7 minutes
  3. Take lemon juice [1 tst per cup] in cup(s) and pour in tea. You might add honey if you like it little sweeter. Your healthy lemon ginger tea is ready.
