COLD & FLU SEASON is Here, If Your Like Me You think O M G, I will never Live through this one, . . Its Horribly bad Stuff. While I'm not here to give medical advice, but I can say in very simple terms that this drink kept me alive when it seemed the flu was trying to kill me. . Litterally Kicked My Butt, Great Taste too, when Nothing tasted good, and I was not eating anything. It was Very Good, Soothing & Comforting During the Flu's Tough days. Get WELL . . Ingredients

  • GINGER HONEY LEMON TONIC FOR THE COLD & FLU SEASON
  • 1 cup water
  • 1" or so - fresh ginger root, chopped roughly
  • 1 - fresh lemon wedge

How To Make ginger honey lemon drink for the cold & flu by fre

  • Step 1
    Bring 1st 2 Ingredients to Boil (Water & Ginger) Lower Heat, Add; Lemon, Squeeze Juice, & add the Peel into the water. (yes, the whole thing) SIMMER a few minutes (about 5 min or so.)
  • Step 2
    Remove from Heat, Pour into Mug, Add Honey, Whisk/stir. Serve this Drink Hot, Enjoy, . . Get Well . . Drink in Good Health
