How To Make fast hot chocolate

• Step 1
  Put sugar and cocoa powder in a big mug. Stir to blend thoroughly. You could put the mixture through a fine sieve if there are any lumps.
• Step 2
  Add a couple of tablespoons of evaporated milk and mix it into a paste.
• Step 3
  Add the rest of the milk and blend thoroughly.
• Step 4
  Add the boiling water and stir. If the cup of hot chocolate is not hot enough, heat it in a microwave for a 1/2 to 1 minute.
