Imagine you are at the annual Griffith Festival of Gardens. On the town's main lawn, fruity elephantine kangaroo and and a giant pulp filled castle. Near and far, more 3D lifelike sculptures. Each made out of Griffith’s finest oranges and grapefruits.
What a trill to be in Griffith in October! But if flying to Australia in the midst of their spring season seems impossible, consider this: Make a pitcher of my citrus tea. Its enticing aroma of freshly squeezed citruses paired with a delicate hint of cinnamon will make you feel like you are at the center of the festivities.
