    thinly sliced lemons
  • ·
    thinly sliced ginger
  • ·
    fill jar with honey
  • ·
    crushed garlic (optional)
  • ·
    cayenne pepper (optional)

How to Make Bulgarian Penicillin Tea (cure for colds/throats)


  1. Fill up a jar with all the ingredients then pour honey in to fill to top.
  2. Place jar in fridge. Should turn to a jelly.
  3. To use, put two teaspoons in a teacup and fill the cup with boiling water. Stir well. Drink.
  4. Stores in refrigerator for 2-3 months. Best after a month, when everything really blends together.
  5. Use as needed. Feel better. ;)
