- In a saucepan, put the entire stick of butter in the pan. Melt and cook on med-low until it browns and has a nutty scent.
- Mix in brown sugar and nutmeg. Cook while stirring until it loses the grainy appearance.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, and cook covered on low for 10 minutes.
- Strain into a ceramic creamer, and use with hot coffee or refrigerate first for iced coffee.
