- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 cups pineapple
- 1 - banana
- 1 cup ice, optional
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
How To Make tropical smoothie

Step 1First put the coconut milk in your blender, then add lime juice followed with the pineapple, banana, and spinach.

Step 2blend for 30 seconds or more until mixed well and chia seeds are blended good

Step 3You may add ice to make it colder just blend well.
