    coconut milk

    lime juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 c
    pineapple
  • 1
    banana
  • 1 c
    ice, optional
  • 2 Tbsp
    chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp
    flax seeds

How to Make Tropical Smoothie

Step-by-Step

  1. First put the coconut milk in your blender, then add lime juice followed with the pineapple, banana, and spinach.
  2. blend for 30 seconds or more until mixed well and chia seeds are blended good
  3. You may add ice to make it colder just blend well.
