Ingredients

  • 3/4 dash unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1/3 cup dry non-fat milk powder
  • 1 small ripe banana
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

How To Make tropical shake

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover. Blend until ice is crushed.
