    fresh red currant
  • 1 c
    cold water, ice cold

    ice cubes
  • 2- 3 Tbsp
    honey, liquid (optional)

    peaches, wedges garnish

How to Make Red Currant & Peach Smoothie


  1. Put all ingredients into the blender and process until silky and smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and garnish with a peach wedge, find a quiet corner and enjoy.
