Ingredients
- 1 cup pomegranate juice
- 3/4 cup vanilla soymilk (or low-fat milk)
- 2 - ice cubes
- 1 large banana, peeled and broken into chunks
- 2 tablespoons slivered almonds (or sliced)
- 2-4 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
- 1 teaspoon honey (or to taste)
How To Make pomegranate morning shake

Step 1In a blender, combine the pomegranate juice with soymilk, ice, banana, almonds, protein powder and honey to taste.

Step 2Cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately.
