Ingredients

1 c
pomegranate juice
3/4 c
vanilla soymilk (or low-fat milk)
2
ice cubes
1 large
banana, peeled and broken into chunks
2 Tbsp
slivered almonds (or sliced)
2-4 Tbsp
protein powder (optional)
1 tsp
honey (or to taste)

Step-By-Step

1In a blender, combine the pomegranate juice with soymilk, ice, banana, almonds, protein powder and honey to taste.
2Cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately.
