Ingredients

  • 1 c
    pomegranate juice
  • 3/4 c
    vanilla soymilk (or low-fat milk)
  • 2
    ice cubes
  • 1 large
    banana, peeled and broken into chunks
  • 2 Tbsp
    slivered almonds (or sliced)
  • 2-4 Tbsp
    protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp
    honey (or to taste)

How to Make Pomegranate Morning Shake

Step-by-Step

  1. In a blender, combine the pomegranate juice with soymilk, ice, banana, almonds, protein powder and honey to taste.
  2. Cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately.
