Ingredients

  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 3/4 cup vanilla soymilk (or low-fat milk)
  • 2 - ice cubes
  • 1 large banana, peeled and broken into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons slivered almonds (or sliced)
  • 2-4 tablespoons protein powder (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (or to taste)

How To Make pomegranate morning shake

  • Step 1
    In a blender, combine the pomegranate juice with soymilk, ice, banana, almonds, protein powder and honey to taste.
  • Step 2
    Cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately.
