  • 1 c
    fat free milk
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp
    peanut butter, creamy, reduced fat
  • 1 - 2 Tbsp
    jam, any flavor sugar free
  • artificial sweetener if needed

    In a blender mix all ingredients until smooth. Use refrigerated jam for best results.
