This smoothie is a great way to get your red veggies hidden in a smoothie as well as add some fiber and protein to a tasty treat. I use doTERRA's trimshake powder, however, it's great without that as well.

- 1 1/2 cups vanilla almond milk
- 1 medium banana
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 tablespoon flaxseed, chia seed
- 1 tablespoon coconut manna
- 1/4 cup raw beet, cut into chunks (if you're new to green smoothies, try 1/8 cup)
- 1 scoop doterra vanilla trimshake

Step 1Pour milk into blender, cut banana into blender. Add strawberries and remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Poor into cups and enjoy.
