Now this recipe was created by me when I ran out of breakfast ideas on a school morning and fell in love! So yeah enjoy this simple yet yummy (and healthy at only 164 calories) recipe and I hope you guys try it out!

Ingredients
- 1 cup almond milk (or whole milk but it will raise the calories to 224)
- 1/2 - banana
- 3 - strawberries
- 1 package splenda (or any other sweetener)
How To Make healthy strawberry banana smoothie

Step 1First you gather all your ingredients.

Step 2Then you add banana, strawberries, milk, and splenda to blender.

Step 3Lastly, you blend (liquefy) on high for 1 minute. (or until smooth)
