This is a healthy juice to take in the mornings to help you start your day . especially if we want to shed a few pounds and eat more healthily. With all the natural fruit and veg in this juice it will help boost the immune system , improve digestion ,reduce fatigue, it a detoxifier and cleanse the body and will boost your energy levels along with some light exercise e.g walking ..so folks here it is if you wish to try I would take it every now and then for few weeks to give me a boost . Now I will say at the start it is hard to get use to the taste ,but sure anything good for you isn't easy

Ingredients
- 1/4 - sliced cucumber no need to peel
- 3 sticks celery washed and cut to fit into blender
- 2 - hand fulls of spinach washed.
- 1 - green apple cored and cut in half .
- 1 - pear halves
- 2 - kiwi fruit peel of skin.
- 1/2 - lemon pips removed and skin peeled.
How To Make green juice metablism starter...

Step 1Place all the ingredients into your blender , and liquidise for a few seconds . until everything is smooth then add water right up to near the top of blender and swiss it up again to give it all a good mix .

Step 2Then pour your green juice into a large jug , this should make enough for you for 3 mornings. Keep refrigerated and each morning give the juice a good stir because you'll see all the ingredients resting at the bottom of jug . Take first thing in the morning . If the juice appears too thick just add more water ,you don't want the juice to thick or too thin .

Step 3This juice will fill you up , but I recommend after a hour have a bowl of porridge made with low fat milk and just a teaspoon of honey for a natural sweetness , or fruit with low fat yogurt , or a boiled egg with one sliced of brown wholemeal bread . if your on a diet and want to shed a few pounds you will know yourself what to have .

Step 4This juice is very filling and if your on a diet and want to keep hunger at bay ,until your next low fat meal. I suggest you drink a glass of this green juice, and it will surely keep the hunger away until dinner also don't forget to drink plenty of water ...and you'll see a good result ..Best of luck to you all, that is trying hard to loose the weight for I know it not easy ..
