Ingredients
- 3-4 - dried figs or dates, cut up into small pieces (mission, deglet noor, your favorite)
- 6 ounces coconut yogurt aka cultured coconut milk (or whole milk plan yogurt for dairy version)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4-1/2 cup filtered water
- 1 tablespoon flax seed oil (optional and it was omitted w/test recipe)
- dash ground cinnamon
- 1/2-3/4 cup crushed ice
How To Make fig smoothie (non-dairy)

Step 1Blend all ingredients in a high power blender or a food processor until smooth. You may have to add a little bit more liquid (coconut milk, yogurt or water) to get the desired consistency. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
