C/O So Delicious. Delicately rearranged. Figs are naturally sweet so there is no need to add any sugar to the smoothie unless you want to.

dried figs or dates, cut up into small pieces (mission, deglet noor, your favorite)
6 oz
coconut yogurt aka cultured coconut milk (or whole milk plan yogurt for dairy version)
1/2 c
unsweetened coconut milk
1/4 tsp
vanilla extract
1/4-1/2 c
filtered water
1 Tbsp
flax seed oil (optional and it was omitted w/test recipe)
ground cinnamon
1/2-3/4 c
crushed ice

How to Make Fig Smoothie (Non-Dairy)


  • 1Blend all ingredients in a high power blender or a food processor until smooth. You may have to add a little bit more liquid (coconut milk, yogurt or water) to get the desired consistency. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
