Step-by-Step

  1. Add liquids first, than grapes, pineapple, banana,chia seeds, flax seeds and spinach.
  2. I usually freeze my fruit which makes it colder or you can add ice to make it cold
  3. Blend well to make sure seeds are mixed in well.
