Step-by-Step

  • 1Add liquids first, than grapes, pineapple, banana,chia seeds, flax seeds and spinach.
  • 2I usually freeze my fruit which makes it colder or you can add ice to make it cold
  • 3Blend well to make sure seeds are mixed in well.
