Healthy Smoothies...good for the immune system. I usually use frozen fruits

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 1 - banana
  • 1 cup grapes
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons flax seeds

How To Make citrus punch

  • Step 1
    Add liquids first, than grapes, pineapple, banana,chia seeds, flax seeds and spinach.
  • Step 2
    I usually freeze my fruit which makes it colder or you can add ice to make it cold
  • Step 3
    Blend well to make sure seeds are mixed in well.
