Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup pineapple
- 1 - banana
- 1 cup grapes
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
How To Make citrus punch

Step 1Add liquids first, than grapes, pineapple, banana,chia seeds, flax seeds and spinach.

Step 2I usually freeze my fruit which makes it colder or you can add ice to make it cold

Step 3Blend well to make sure seeds are mixed in well.
