Ingredients

2 c
fresh spinach
1 c
orange juice
1 c
water
1 c
pineapple
1
banana
1 c
grapes
2 Tbsp
chia seeds
2 Tbsp
flax seeds

Step-By-Step

1Add liquids first, than grapes, pineapple, banana,chia seeds, flax seeds and spinach.
2I usually freeze my fruit which makes it colder or you can add ice to make it cold
3Blend well to make sure seeds are mixed in well.
