Not only does it taste great but there are added health benefits too. Chia has been proven to boost energy, stabilize blood sugar, lower cholesterol, and aid in digestion.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup pitted fresh or frozen cherries
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1-2 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (approximately) ice cubes

  • Step 1
    Place the oats and chia seeds in a blender. Blend until almost smooth.
  • Step 2
    Add remaining ingredients & blend until smooth.
