Using cherries native to the Pacific Northwest, no sugar added, naturally sweetened with the cocoa powder, and super filling because of the oats and chia seeds, this is a fast, simple, and delicious quickie meal or snack! Not only does it taste great but there are added health benefits too. Chia has been proven to boost energy, stabilize blood sugar, lower cholesterol, and aid in digestion.

- 1 cup pitted fresh or frozen cherries
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1-2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (approximately) ice cubes
