My new passion! Coming up with some wonderful tasting healthy smoothies! This has the taste of a carrot cake minus the guilt! Very easy using pure vegetable juices or juice Your own. ENJOY!

- 2/3 cup pure carrot juice
- 3 tablespoons walnuts
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 - banana i freeze my bananas but not necessary
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water ice cubes
How To Make carrot cake smoothie

Step 1First start by making ice cubes. I have these in freezer already for smoothies. Fill trays with coconut water freeze till frozen.

Step 2In blender add first five ingredients, blend till pureed. Add ice cubes and blend till frosty. Sweet healthy smoothy! ENJOY!!!! These pure juices make it easy to enjoy a healthy smoothie.
