fresh rhubarb or 8 cups frozen rhubarb, chopped

2 1/2 c
2 Tbsp
strawberry gelatine
2 c
water, boiling
2 c
pineapple juice
1/4 c
lemon juice
6 c
ginger ale, chilled

How to Make Pink Rhubarb Punch


  • 1In large pan, bring rhubarb and water to boil.
  • 2Drain and reserve liquid.
  • 3Combine sugar, gelatine and boiling water in a large bowl.
  • 4Once sugar and gelatine are dissolved add pineapple and lemon juices, mix well.
  • 5Stir in rhubarb juice, cool and refrigerate.
  • 6Add ginger ale just before serving.
