This is a wonderful non-alcoholic drink to serve for breakfast or brunch.You can "gussy" it up some with different garnishes, but we like the orange slice and sprig of mint.

Ingredients
- 1/2 gallon fresh orange juice
- 1 quart fresh pineapple juice
- 2 liters club soda
- 1/2 gallon freah cranberry juice
- 1 medium orange
- - sprigs of mint (optional)
How To Make non-alcoholic mimosa sunrise drink(sallye)

Step 1Make sure all the ingredients are thoroughly chilled before mixing.

Step 2Mix together the orange juice, pineapple juice and club soda in a large container.

Step 3Set the container in a tub of ice.

Step 4Set the chilled cranberry juice in the tub of ice beside the orange juice mix.

Step 5To serve, add approx 1/2 cup of cranberry juice to glass, then fill the rest of the glass with the orange juice mixture.

Step 6Garnish with thin slices of orange and a sprig of mint.

Step 7You can serve this over ice cubes (on the rocks) or as is.
