ginger mint tea punch

I was looking for a unique drink to go with taco night. While not strictly Latin in flavor, it was refreshing and thirst quenching. A great accompaniment to those spicy tacos!

Ingredients
- 4 - peppermint tea bags
- 8 - cups hot water
- 1/4 - cup sugar
- 1 - 2 liter bottle diet ginger ale
How To Make ginger mint tea punch

Step 1Steep the tea bags in the hot water for about 5 minutes.

Step 2Add the sugar and stir to dissolve. (You can add as much sugar as you like to taste).

Step 3Pour into a pitcher and chill.

Step 4Add ice to glasses. Pour about half full with tea. Fill the rest of the way with ginger ale. Stir. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices.
