Ginger Mint Tea Punch
I was looking for a unique drink to go with taco night. While not strictly Latin in flavor, it was refreshing and thirst quenching. A great accompaniment to those spicy tacos!
How to Make Ginger Mint Tea Punch
- 1Steep the tea bags in the hot water for about 5 minutes.
- 2Add the sugar and stir to dissolve. (You can add as much sugar as you like to taste).
- 3Pour into a pitcher and chill.
- 4Add ice to glasses. Pour about half full with tea. Fill the rest of the way with ginger ale. Stir. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon slices.
