  • 1/2 cup canned, water packed pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 cup pineapple juice, unsweetened
  • 2 - canned, water packed peach halves
  • 1 cup plain unsweetened low-fat yogurt
  • 1 cup skim milk
  • - sugar substitute that equals 2 tablespoon sugar

How To Make pineapple-peach frappe

  • Step 1
    Combine pineapple, juice, and peaches in container of an electric blender or food processor; process until pureed. Add yogurt, milk, and sugar substitute; continue to process until smooth and thickened. serve immediately
