- 2 - canned, water packed peach halves
- 1 cup plain unsweetened low-fat yogurt
- 1 cup skim milk
- - sugar substitute that equals 2 tablespoon sugar
How To Make pineapple-peach frappe

Step 1Combine pineapple, juice, and peaches in container of an electric blender or food processor; process until pureed. Add yogurt, milk, and sugar substitute; continue to process until smooth and thickened. serve immediately
