  • - spinach, fresh
  • - fresh kale, chopped
  • - swiss chard
  • - carrots, chopped
  • - apple
  • - celery

How To Make my morning juice

  • Step 1
    Just Blend with Blender..I use a Vitamix
  • Step 2
    You can usually add any veggies you have on hand
  • Step 3
    Drink right after juicing as it starts losing the nutrition if you wait..I usually try to drink within the first 3 minutes on a empty stomach but you can juice anytime..great way to use veggies before going bad and taste so good and a great energy boost
