How to Make My Morning Juice

Step-by-Step

  • 1Just Blend with Blender..I use a Vitamix
  • 2You can usually add any veggies you have on hand
  • 3Drink right after juicing as it starts losing the nutrition if you wait..I usually try to drink within the first 3 minutes on a empty stomach but you can juice anytime..great way to use veggies before going bad and taste so good and a great energy boost
