- 2 - celery stalks
- 1 - carrot
- bunch parsley,fresh
- bunch cilantro,fresh
- bunch basil, fresh
- 1 - tomato
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon tumeric
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 6 cups water
- - salt/pepper to taste
How To Make detox soup

Step 1chop celery, carrot and tomato into big chucks

Step 2in a large pot put the 6 cups of water and add all the veggies and spices.

Step 3bring to a boil, then reduce and simmer for about 30 mins...can be eaten like this or put in blender and sift through a colander for sipping through out the day.
