Saw this on the Internet just now as a good detox and thought I would share it with you. It calls for one apple, but I saw other recipes that called for two. Personally, I think I'd use two.

How to Make Apple Cinnamon Water

Step-by-Step

  1. Slice the apples into thin wedges and discard the core and seeds.
  2. Place the apple slices in a large pitcher.
  3. Add the cinnamon stick.
  4. Cover the apples and cinnamon stick halfway up with ice.
  5. Add filtered water to fill the pitcher.
