Saw this on the Internet just now as a good detox and thought I would share it with you. It calls for one apple, but I saw other recipes that called for two. Personally, I think I'd use two. - 2 - apples, any type
- 1 - cinnamon stick
- - ice
- - filtered water
How To Make apple cinnamon water

Step 1Slice the apples into thin wedges and discard the core and seeds.

Step 2Place the apple slices in a large pitcher.

Step 3Add the cinnamon stick.

Step 4Cover the apples and cinnamon stick halfway up with ice.

Step 5Add filtered water to fill the pitcher.
