South American - Limonada Frozen - Frozen Limeade

Baby Kato

Posted here for play in Culinary Quest - South America. Recipe posted by Marian Blazes.

Limes are "limones" pronounced (lee-mone-ayes) in South America. This frozen limeade is very tart and refreshing.

Make the sugar syrup first to give it time to cool before adding to the juice and ice.

Try adding a little lime zest, and alcohol of your choice... for a more adult version.
