How to Make GINGER LEMONADE
- Combine sugar, 2 cups water, and ginger in a saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally to dissolve sugar. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon juice. Cool 15 minutes. Remove ginger.
- Add remaining 6 cups water. Refrigerate at least 1 hour, or until chilled.
- Serve over ice, and garnish with lemon slices.
