Every night I have a cup up tea. The sleepy time teas are getting pretty pricey. I went to market and loaded up on fresh herbs and spices. Here is my version of a wind down, anti-stress sleepy tea!! Enjoy! Makes great gifts for the tea lover ;)

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons marjoram, dried
- 4 tablespoons catnip
- 6 tablespoons chamomile
- 6 tablespoons spearment
How To Make herbal nitey nite tea

Step 1Mix all herbs together, place in container with lid. Place 2 tablespoons in tea difusser or cheese cloth and add to boiling cup of water. Let steep for a few minutes. Add a sqeeze of fresh lemon and or honey to taste. Enjoy and sweet dreams!!

Step 3If You don't care for a certain herb, replace with lavendar.
