- Several bunch ginger, raw and/or powdered form
- Several bag tea bags
- 1 medium lemon
How To Make grandma's remedies - arthritis

Step 1Ginger relieves arthritis pain, but it can cause nausea.

Step 2Eat a few slivers of raw ginger once or twice each day.

Step 3Put powdered ginger (about 6 teaspoons)in hot tea with lemon. If 6 teaspoons is too much for you, reduce the amounts until you find what works for you.
