How to Make Grandma's Remedies - Arthritis

Step-by-Step

  1. Ginger relieves arthritis pain, but it can cause nausea.
  2. Eat a few slivers of raw ginger once or twice each day.
  3. Put powdered ginger (about 6 teaspoons)in hot tea with lemon. If 6 teaspoons is too much for you, reduce the amounts until you find what works for you.
