This is just as refreshing at your holiday festivities as it is sipping on your patio in July. Not sure how I came up with the name; it just seemed to fit as I sipped this lovely cocktail at sunset.

Ingredients For sunset peach blossom

2 c

fresh or frozen peach slices
1/4 c

sugar
3/4 c

vodka
3 Tbsp

peach schnapps
ice cubes or crushed ice

How To Make sunset peach blossom

Process first 4 ingredients in blender until smooth. Add ice to the mixture in blender up to the 5 cup level. Process until smooth. Pour in tall glasses and garnish as desired. Serve immediately.
