Made with fresh fruit juice these Martini's are delicious AND they are lower in calories. Natural and light, made w/ fresh grapefruit, pomegranate, or fresh clementine juice, liqueur, and a splash of club soda. So, go on, try all the flavors; drink up! This idea comes from Betty Crocker.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons gin or citrus vodka
  • 1 tablespoon clear orange liqueur
  • 3 tablespoons pomegranate juice or fresh squeezed pink grapefruit juice or fresh squeezed clementine juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons club soda
  • - ice

How To Make skinny fruit juice martini's

  • Step 1
    In cocktail shaker filled with ice, add gin or vodka, liqueur, and juice of choice plus lime juice. Shake until well mixed. Strain into martini glass, top off with club soda.
  • Step 2
    Garnish as desired with clementine slice, grapefruit peel twist, or lime slice.
