Ingredients
- 6 ounces milk chocolate chopped very fine
- 3/4 cup whole milk
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons chambord raspberry liqueur - omit for non alcoholic
- - whipped cream and fresh raspberries for garnish
How To Make raspberry hot chocolate 2 ways

Step 1Combine everything except the liqueur, whipped cream and fresh raspberries in a small saucepan. Place over medium heat, stirring occasionally until all of the chocolate is melted. Continue to cook, stirring often, until mixture is smooth and slightly thickened - this can take about 5 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in liqueur. Omit this step if no alcohol is desired. Pour into hot mugs and top with whipped cream and garnish with a raspberry if desired.
