I created this Martini. The orange and agave syrup add a lot to a simple drink. Watch out! It goes down very easy and packs a punch. It is yummmmmy!! Enjoy friends!!

    shot agave nectar, simple syrup or honey
  • 1
    4 x 4 x 1 inch thick piece of watermelon
  • 1
    shot of orange juice (not fresh)
  • 2
    shots of vodka
  • ·
    watermelon slice for garnish

How to Make Watermelon Sunshine Vodka Martini

Step-by-Step

  1. Place the piece of watermelon cut up into blender or food processor. Add the agave nectar and orange juice. Pulse for about 30 seconds.
  2. Pour into shaker with ice. Add the vodka. Shake and strain into glass. Garnish with a piece of melon!
  3. Note: if you do not have a shaker with a strainer, strain watermelon through a sieve into a bowl after processing. Then pour juice into a shaker with ice, and add the rest of ingredients.
