This is the ultimate girly martini! I can't wait to make this when the weather gets warmer ... it'll make me think I'm sitting on the beach sipping on something yummy. It has the perfect balance of sweetness with a bit of tart from the lime. And I love the fresh watermelon juice. Very yummy!

Ingredients

1 - 4 x 4 x 1 inch thick piece of watermelon
1 - shot of peachtree schnapps
1 - shot of vodka ( you may add more. if you like your drink strong )
1 - shot of agave nectar (i used light)
1 - shot of lime juice
1 - lime or watermelon wedge for garnish

How To Make tropical mist cosmo

Step 1

In a blender add the watermelon and agave. Pulse until smooth and liquified.

Step 2

Place in a shaker with ice that has a strainer. Add the rest of ingredients. Shake well, and strain in to glass.
Step 3

Note: if you do not have a shaker with a strainer, pour watermelon juice through a sieve and catch juice into a bowl. Add juice to shaker with the rest of ingredients. Shake with ice. Pour into glass.
