With St. Paddy's Day around the corner, I decided to come up with a Baileys coffee drink. This is the drink I came up with. It goes down easy and it's very delicious. I hope you all enjoy it!

Cheers St. Patrick's Day with this creamy coffee cocktail. It's a twist to Irish coffee and we loved adding the sweet Baileys Irish Cream. The combination of rums and Baileys is so yummy. Maybe too good... slow down and sip on this delicious cocktail this St. Paddy's Day.

Ingredients

2 ounces Baileys Irish cream
1 ounce coffee rum
1/2 ounce coconut rum
1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
1/2 cup light cream
1 ounce chocolate syrup, plus more for inside rim.

How To Make irish coffee by nor

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a shaker. Shake with a couple cubes of ice.

Step 2

Strain and pour into a glass rimmed with chocolate syrup on the inside rim.
