I love chocolate with coffee and even more so with a little spirits (liqueur) added! I am just a mocha kind of a girl. Enough said. This is how I make my 1 cup mocha delight. Easily increased to more servings. If you cannot find the rum and coffee liqueur, substitute coffee liqueur.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup strong, hot coffee
- 1 teaspoon unsweetened baking cocoa
- 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) chocolate liqueur
- 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) rum and coffee liqueur
- 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) warmed half-and-half
- 2 tablespoons (1 ounce) whipped cream
- - additional cocoa for sprinkling

Step 1In a large mug, stir coffee, cocoa, the chocolate liqueur, rum and coffee liqueur, and half-and-half. Stir well to combine. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkling of cocoa. Serve while hot.

Step 2To fancy it up for guests (or just yourself!), drizzle chocolate syrup over whipped cream.

Step 3Note: for iced spiked mocha; mix all ingredients and allow to cool. Serve over ice.
