Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup heinz sweet chili sauce
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped green olives
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup finely chopped white onion
- 1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
- 1/4 cup clamato tomato clam cocktail juice
- 1/4 cup seeded and chopped fresh ripe tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
- 2 teaspoons tabasco sauce
- 2 small anaheim chiles, roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 1 small serrano chile, finely chopped
- 1/2 pound cooked and peeled medium shrimp
- 1/2 pound jumbo lump crabmeat, picked and cleaned
- 1 large avocado, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
How To Make mexican seafood cocktail

Step 1Combine everything except the SHRIMP,CRAB, ans AVOCADO in a large bowl and season with salt to taste if desired.

Step 2Fold in the shrimp, crab, and avocado. Serve with tortilla chips.
