Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1/3 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup heinz sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped green olives
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped white onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 1/4 cup clamato tomato clam cocktail juice
  • 1/4 cup seeded and chopped fresh ripe tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 teaspoons tabasco sauce
  • 2 small anaheim chiles, roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 small serrano chile, finely chopped
  • 1/2 pound cooked and peeled medium shrimp
  • 1/2 pound jumbo lump crabmeat, picked and cleaned
  • 1 large avocado, cut into 1/4 inch cubes

How To Make mexican seafood cocktail

  • Step 1
    Combine everything except the SHRIMP,CRAB, ans AVOCADO in a large bowl and season with salt to taste if desired.
  • Step 2
    Fold in the shrimp, crab, and avocado. Serve with tortilla chips.
