chopped cilantro leaves
1/4 c
chopped green olives
1/4 c
extra-virgin olive oil
1/4 c
finely chopped white onion
1/4 c
chopped flat leaf parsley
1/4 c
clamato tomato clam cocktail juice
1/4 c
seeded and chopped fresh ripe tomatoes
1 Tbsp
chopped fresh oregano
2 tsp
tabasco sauce
2 small
anaheim chiles, roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped
1 clove
garlic, finely chopped
1 small
serrano chile, finely chopped
1/2 lb
cooked and peeled medium shrimp
1/2 lb
jumbo lump crabmeat, picked and cleaned
1 large
avocado, cut into 1/4 inch cubes

How to Make Mexican Seafood Cocktail


  • 1Combine everything except the SHRIMP,CRAB, ans AVOCADO in a large bowl and season with salt to taste if desired.
  • 2Fold in the shrimp, crab, and avocado.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
