8 scoops vanilla ice cream
2 cups whole milk
1/2 cup half and half cream
1 cup cane syrup
1 teaspoon mint extract
1 cup root beer

How To Make louisiana flood

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in a blender;mix well.

Step 2

Cover the bottom of 4-12 ounces glasses with cane syrup.Pour into the mixture and serve.
