Ingredients

4pineapple chunks, fresh

1 Tbspcream of coconut

12 inch fresh ginger root, peeled

1 ozsilver tequila
-
1 ozwhite rum
-
1/2 ozcreme de almond
-
1/2 Tbspfrozen, orange juice concentrate

8ice cubes
-
1maraschino cherry with stem
How to Make Fen's Fang
- Combine 2 pineapple chunks, cream of coconut, ginger, tequila, rum, creme de almond, orange juice and ice in blender.
- Process until foamy.
- Pour into glass, garnish with 2 pineapple chunks and maraschino cherry.
