Getting ready for the warm weather. I decided to try a couple of drinks out on my husband today. He really enjoyed this one. This is a blend of different tropical juices, pineapple Vodka, and Blue curacao blended with ice. Keep cool and enjoy!

  • I USED ALL GOYA NECTARS AND CREAM OF COCONUT FOR THIS. THEY CAN ALL BE FOUND IN THE ETHNIC AISLE OF THE SUPERMARKET.

  • 1 oz
    pear nectar
  • 1 oz
    mango nectar
  • 2 oz
    cream of coconut
  • 1 oz
    blue caracao
  • 2 oz
    pineapple vodka
  • 10
    ice cubes
  • ·
    marachino cherries
  • ·
    whipped cream optional

How to Make Emerald Surf By Noreen

Step-by-Step

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender except for the cherries and whip cream. Pulse until the mixture is icy and ice is chopped.
  2. Pour into glasses serve with maraschino cherries and whip cream if desired
