Getting ready for the warm weather. I decided to try a couple of drinks out on my husband today. He really enjoyed this one. This is a blend of different tropical juices, pineapple Vodka, and Blue curacao blended with ice. Keep cool and enjoy!

Ingredients
- I USED ALL GOYA NECTARS AND CREAM OF COCONUT FOR THIS. THEY CAN ALL BE FOUND IN THE ETHNIC AISLE OF THE SUPERMARKET.
- 1 ounce pear nectar
- 1 ounce mango nectar
- 2 ounces cream of coconut
- 1 ounce blue caracao
- 2 ounces pineapple vodka
- 10 - ice cubes
- - marachino cherries
- - whipped cream optional
How To Make emerald surf by noreen

Step 1Place all ingredients in a blender except for the cherries and whip cream. Pulse until the mixture is icy and ice is chopped.

Step 2Pour into glasses serve with maraschino cherries and whip cream if desired
