Getting ready for the warm weather. I decided to try a couple of drinks out on my husband today. He really enjoyed this one. This is a blend of different tropical juices, pineapple Vodka, and Blue curacao blended with ice. Keep cool and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • I USED ALL GOYA NECTARS AND CREAM OF COCONUT FOR THIS. THEY CAN ALL BE FOUND IN THE ETHNIC AISLE OF THE SUPERMARKET.
  • 1 ounce pear nectar
  • 1 ounce mango nectar
  • 2 ounces cream of coconut
  • 1 ounce blue caracao
  • 2 ounces pineapple vodka
  • 10 - ice cubes
  • - marachino cherries
  • - whipped cream optional

How To Make emerald surf by noreen

  • Step 1
    Place all ingredients in a blender except for the cherries and whip cream. Pulse until the mixture is icy and ice is chopped.
  • Step 2
    Pour into glasses serve with maraschino cherries and whip cream if desired
