Ingredients

  • 1 - cantaloupe (seeded, peeled, & finely diced)
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped basil leaves
  • 1 cup light rum
  • 4 cups crushed ice

How To Make cantaloupe daiquiris

  • Step 1
    In either a Large bowl or freezer bag, combine the Cantaloupe, Sugar, Lemon, Mint & Basil. Let the melon macerate in the fridge until soft and juicy, about 2 hours. Place the glasses in the freezer to chill.
  • Step 2
    When your ready to serve your guests, puree the melon mix in a blender or food processor. Add the Rum and Ice, blend until smooth.
  • Step 3
    Serve & Enjoy Responsibly. :)
