1cantaloupe (seeded, peeled, & finely diced)
1 Tbspfresh lemon juice
1 Tbspchopped mint leaves
1 Tbspchopped basil leaves
1 clight rum
4 ccrushed ice
How to Make Cantaloupe Daiquiris
- In either a Large bowl or freezer bag, combine the Cantaloupe, Sugar, Lemon, Mint & Basil. Let the melon macerate in the fridge until soft and juicy, about 2 hours. Place the glasses in the freezer to chill.
- When your ready to serve your guests, puree the melon mix in a blender or food processor. Add the Rum and Ice, blend until smooth.
