Ingredients
- 1 - cantaloupe (seeded, peeled, & finely diced)
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon chopped basil leaves
- 1 cup light rum
- 4 cups crushed ice
How To Make cantaloupe daiquiris

Step 1In either a Large bowl or freezer bag, combine the Cantaloupe, Sugar, Lemon, Mint & Basil. Let the melon macerate in the fridge until soft and juicy, about 2 hours. Place the glasses in the freezer to chill.

Step 2When your ready to serve your guests, puree the melon mix in a blender or food processor. Add the Rum and Ice, blend until smooth.
